BREATH POWER
The YMA offers conscious connected breathwork classes, workshops, events and corporate wellness packages. To deepen your knowledge and practice, we also offer private sessions and weekend retreats within the UK.
Conscious connected breathwork is at the core of our teaching and tailor-made personal development programmes & bespoke private workshops combine a range of cutting edge, self-healing techniques that can help you to access the full potential of your breathing system and adopt a healthier way of living.
In the series of workshops we share the most important discoveries in breath research. Neuroscience shows that there is a breath rate for you that is your own personal sweet spot where head, heart, lungs and the major organs of the body all resonate and a coherent, synchronised rhythm waves and pulses throughout all your systems. This brings with it harmony, wellness and great feelings of relaxation, energy and control quite unlike anything you are used to. It's simple. It's effective. It's life changing.
Whatever it is you'd like to improve in life, there's a breath for that. Be it general health improvements, better sleep, reducing stress, pain management, increasing strength, optimising performance, stopping intrusive thoughts, bringing a greater depth to meditation or simply upping the quality of life and its longevity, there are easy ways of achieving what you'd like by working with the breath.
“The lessons during the Empowerment Seminar will stick with me for years to come. Breaking out of my comfort zone isn’t always easy, which is why I tend to avoid it! However, I found that pushing the boundaries helped me understand what I’m capable of if I set aside my fears. Challenging myself made me feel stronger and more self-confident than ever!”

“I’ve never took part in a session like Duka’s before now, so I didn’t know what to expect. It was an experience like no other and definitely one that helped me challenge my own reservations. Learning how to get outside my own head and tackle difficult obstacles was invaluable and I have no doubt it will help me moving forward within my own life and career. Showing me that by overcoming the day-to-day fears life can bring, will only be beneficial to my productivity, life and happiness. I can’t recommend it highly enough and it’s defiantly something I would pass onto other to try. We all need a bit more ‘Let it be easy!’ in our lives.”
